Broker Review
Onboard visit
Emerald just came out of a 16-month refit — only the hull, engine, and generator are original, everything else is brand-new. Her extended swim platform makes getting in and out of the water easy, and the classically trained, Michelin-level chef brings real culinary polish. With a crew that's worked together for years, she's an extremely comfortable, beautiful yacht for up to 6 couples (12 guests).

Description: Originally from Šibenik, Croatia, Chef Zoran brings more than 20 years of culinary experience, a deep passion for food, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
His career began in traditional Croatian kitchens, where he learned the craft from experienced “old-school” chefs and developed a strong foundation in classic techniques and local flavours. His talent and ambition soon took him abroad, where he gained valuable experience through internships and assignments at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, Germany, and Austria, including Baby Restaurant in Rome, La Subida in Cormons, Agli Amici in Udine, Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer in Berlin, Edvard in Vienna, and Villa Rothschild in Frankfurt.
A pioneer of fine dining in Croatia, Zoran competed in the Championship of Young Chefs of Europe in 2005 before becoming Executive Chef at Hotel Restaurant San Rocco in Istria, where his cuisine earned recognition in the Michelin Guide. He later joined Kempinski Hotel Adriatic and was appointed Task Force Head Chef at Ca’ d’Oro, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Throughout his career, Zoran has worked as a Head Chef, consultant, and guest chef, contributing to the opening of hotels and restaurants and sharing his expertise internationally. His culinary journey has taken him to prestigious venues and institutions, including the Vlaams Parlement in Brussels, the Croatian Embassy in Stockholm, restaurants in Slovenia and Venice, and Croatia’s MasterChef television programme.
Zoran is also the creator of the promotional menu “Tastes of Istria,” served on international Croatia Airlines flights, as well as the recipe for the popular Argeta Exclusive à la San Rocco pâté.
We are delighted to have Chef Zoran on board and invite you to discover the EMERALD'S gastronomic experience.
