Back on LADY GITA again for confirmation that she is still one of my favorite yachts and crew in Croatia.

Confirmed!

The attention to detail and effort from this crew are exceptional. Their slogan, “Where You Belong,” is everywhere – on plates, towels, bedding, even the ice cubes – but it’s more than branding. It perfectly captures their approach. Guests genuinely feel at home here, which is why so many return year after year (some up to 7 times!).

Captain Toni treats every client by gifting them a special event—theme night, concert, juggling show, murder mystery, casino night, or fire show—the crew keeps coming up with new fun ideas to keep every charter unique. They are quickly becoming trend setters in Croatian luxury yacht charter, but I do not think many can keep up.

Follow them on Instagram - you will see all their special themes.

LADY GITA is truly unique!

Let me start by saying that out of Lady Gita’s 14 charters this season, 11 were repeat clients, one of which had come onboard for the 6th time. This is a repeat rate rarely seen in charters. What does this tell us? She is a total success!

Lady Gita has a concept that works; she appeals to people who are looking for a luxurious holiday home to return to. Her crew has been onboard for a long time, and the Owner, Antonio Kovic (Toni), is also the captain. He stays in contact with his guests and treats them like family.

Our tour of Lady Gita was led by Second Hostess Marina Saskor, an outgoing and highly professional Croat with a slight Irish Accent. –It was due to Marina’s great stories of their many special activities, theme nights, and a tradition for setting up a dinner for their guests on the top of a high island in the middle of the ruins of an old movie set that I was later inspired to go back for a full interview. This type of extra love being thrown at the guests is honestly priceless in the world of charters.

Later, at a sit-down interview with Marina, I asked her to tell me more about the theme parties, as this is something we are always on the lookout for. It turns out that it is her and the other girls onboard who are the masterminds behind the ideas. They handle everything—from creating the concepts to buying the decorations and designing the entire setup. For example, for a Great Gatsby Party they hosted for some repeat guests, they even found local dancers in Split to perform, adding an extra touch of glamour. Now, they have a reliable connection for entertainment whenever they need it again.
