Description: Captain Victor Ascione is a commercially endorsed Master 500 GT with a solid background combining seamanship, engineering expertise, and charter operations across the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Passionate about the sea from an early age, Victor built his career through hands-on experience, starting in regattas and marine mechanics within his family business before progressing to professional command roles. This dual operational and technical background allows him to run yachts with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and smooth daily operations.

Victor has extensive experience as captain on both private and charter yachts ranging from 15 to 25 metres, as well as in high-responsibility roles such as chase boat pilot and Officer of the Watch on large yachts, including a 58-metre Perini Navi. His career has taken him throughout the Mediterranean, with additional operational experience in the Caribbean, notably in St Barthélemy.

Holding Captain 500 and Captain 200 certifications, along with advanced safety, radio, and engineering qualifications, Victor is equally comfortable navigating demanding passages, supervising technical maintenance, or delivering a refined onboard experience for owners and charter guests.
