MIRAGE Yacht Description

Offered by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht MIRAGE is a 173.9 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski and a hot tub. The most appealing features of MIRAGE are her absolute comfort and interconnection with the sea. MIRAGE spends the season in Amalfi Coast. She was constructed by the ship builder Feadship in 1979. A comprehensive refit was delivered in 2020. The expansive yacht layout features 8 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 12 guests.

MIRAGE is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, spacious aft deck, is right next to the well-equipped and inviting main saloon. The main saloon is a friendly space with comfortable seating and entertainment areas and enables a number of media entertainment options.

8 tasteful cabins are laid out for maximum privacy and comfort.

This experience ignited a passion to embark on a yachting career and 25 years on, Steve continues to be inspired by the many different aspects of yachting. In 1996 Steve became 2nd Officer on M/Y Lady Moura, at the time one of the largest yachts in the world, and was promoted to 1st Officer in 2002.
As rotational Captain of M/Y Mirage, Steve uses his wealth of experience and passion for his job to ensure you have the best possible time onboard. Steve leads by example and he and his crew always give 110%. He is brilliantly personable and is always on hand to give advice on itineraries/ anchorages/ excursions etc. Steve works diligently to plan and carry out your perfect trip.
Steve is a huge rock music fan and attends many concerts when he’s on land. He also likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife and two boys.
